TRADE PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES:


Our trade partners play a crucial role in delivering a seamless custom furniture experience for their clients. Their responsibilities include:

In-Person Interior Design Service – Work closely with clients to create a cohesive, well-thought-out design that matches their lifestyle and budget.

Temporary Furniture Solution During Production – Offer short-term furniture solutions to maintain livable spaces while custom pieces are in production.

Temporary Warehouse if Clients’ Site is Not Ready – Arrange storage if a client’s site is not ready for installation.

Last Mile White Glove Delivery Service – Handle the final delivery, placement, and professional installation of furniture with exceptional care.

Professional Photography on Finished Job – Capture high-quality images of completed projects to enhance marketing efforts and showcase work.

Maintenance if Needed – Provide post-installation support, including minor repairs and adjustments when required.

Customer Service Throughout the Process – Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication from consultation to final installation.

Recommended Not Required: One-Time Furniture Cleaning in the First 3 Years – Offer an additional service to ensure long-term maintenance and customer satisfaction.

Custom Engineering & Production – Handle precise engineering, fabrication, and finishing, ensuring every custom piece is crafted to the highest standard.

Material Selection & Sourcing – Offer a vast selection of materials to fit every project style and budget, we will mail all potential material samples to Partners on every project.

Logistics & Manufacturing Timeline – Manage production, quality control, and coordination for seamless order fulfillment.

Direct Shipping to Partner’s Warehouse or Client Site – Ensure timely and efficient delivery of all custom pieces.

Dedicated Support Team – Provide ongoing assistance for project execution, troubleshooting, and industry best practices.

Flexible Pricing & Markup Control – Allow partners to control their profit margins while ensuring competitive wholesale pricing.

Marketing & Promotional Resources – Supply digital assets, and marketing support to help partners grow their business.

Comprehensive Project Portfolio – Upon project completion, we provide partners and clients with a full portfolio album, including:
– Design Portfolio showcasing the project’s creative vision.
– Engineering Drawings with precise specifications.
– Material Care Instructions for long-term maintenance.
– Final Photography as a souvenir and marketing tool.

Trade Partner Program Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility – The program is open to interior designers, architects, builders, contractors, furniture retailers, and other industry professionals. Applicants must submit a completed application and be approved by Vita Spazio before accessing wholesale pricing and benefits. 2. Trade Partner Benefits – Approved partners receive exclusive wholesale pricing, flexible markups, and access to premium custom furniture solutions. Vita Spazio provides AI-powered design support, engineering consultation, and end-to-end logistics support. Partners gain access to marketing resources, including professional photography, design portfolios, and promotional materials. 3. Ordering & Payment – All custom furniture orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order confirmation, with the remaining balance due prior to shipping. Orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be disclosed to non-partners. 4. Shipping & Delivery – Partners are responsible for last-mile white-glove delivery and installation unless otherwise arranged. If a client’s site is not ready, partners must arrange temporary warehousing or storage. Standard design-to-delivery timelines start at 18 weeks, depending on project scope and material selection confirmation. 5. Partner Responsibilities – Partners are responsible for client communication, design consultations, and ensuring seamless project execution. 6. Photography Requirement – Partners agree to take professional photos of every completed project for Vita Spazio’s marketing purposes. Vita Spazio has the right to use these photos for marketing. Partners must ensure they hold the copyright or have proper authorization to share these images. 7. Vita Spazio is not liable for any damages or issues that occur after furniture has been delivered and installed. Any post-installation maintenance, warranty claims, or service needs must be communicated directly by the partner on behalf of their client. 8. Program Compliance & Termination – Vita Spazio reserves the right to revoke trade partner status at any time if a partner fails to comply with program requirements. Any misuse of wholesale pricing, resale restrictions, or breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination. The program is subject to updates, and Vita Spazio reserves the right to modify terms as needed.
